The Role

Managing and motivating a team of field sales based people your remit will focus on driving the sales function for your region. You will take responsibility for meeting and exceeding regional sales targets and provide both leadership and support to your team. In addition you will also be required to maintain and develop a healthy team spirit and work in tandem with both the company marketing and operational functions of the business.

The Candidate

You will undoubtedly require previous experience of managing a sales function preferably within the automotive aftermarket. Ideally your sales management experience will have been accomplished within an aftermarket parts manufacturer, OE parts supplier, trade parts operation or large parts distributor / wholesaler.

A demonstrable track record of sales management / achievement is a prerequisite.
